PLEASE NOTE:

Completing this application is not a guarantee of approval for Vendor status at Tupelo Con. If you are approved your final total and payment information will be sent to the email address you have listed on this application.

Please complete this application in its entirety. If this application is not filled out completely, with every question answered, it will be considered incomplete and it will be denied.

All space rentals require approval.

All Vendors may provide, at their own cost, additional tables and chairs for their space (everything must fit within the confines of your space rental).

Two badges are issued for the first space you rent and one for each subsequent space. Additional badges may be purchased at a discounted rate at load-in. Those badges can not be greater in number than the badges that come with your space rental(s) [see terms and conditions section 4-a.].

Warning: You may not give or sell your badges to any outside parties. Doing so is a direct violation of your contract. Vendor badges are only for Vendors working at Tupelo Con.

Electricity is not included in your space rental. Electricity is only available at certain locations on the vendor floor. There is a separate fee of $40.00 for electricity per drop. A standard drop includes two outlets. It is your duty to notify us on this application if you will require electricity. It will be added to your total and charged as an optional add-on for your booth rental. Please see the terms and conditions for regulations on power strips and extension cords.

Wi-Fi is not included in your space rental. Wi-Fi log-ins are available at a limited quantity. There is a separate fee of $20 for Wi-Fi access and will be available at a first come first serve basis. Wi-Fi log ins are for card transactions and business purposes only.
